In only these cases mentioned above, we will initiate a replacement of the item at no extra cost. Provided that the required replacement/return of an item is made within the given time period. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons mentioned below.
Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the product back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the product through our logistic partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged
3. Serial Number is tampered with.
4. Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
5. Product is used or altered
6. If the request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery
7. Free product provided by the brand
Categories not eligible for Return:
Customized Products/sale products that list more than 40% off cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand.
Please note: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return/exchange/refund rules may apply.

Our Return policy
- Replacement requested must be made within 15 days of purchase and must not be part of the above list.
- No extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
- In case of replacement, our logistic partner will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all three attempts due to the recipient non-availability / locked premises etc. the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- In the case of perishable items or custom-made nonperishable items, neither kaftanize.com nor our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
Refund policy by Kaftanize
- We do not refund the amount, when the product is returned a coupon code is generated which the customer can use in the future.
- In case of unavailability or service problems:
- If the item sent for replacement is N/A, we will try to give you the best alternative possible, but in the end, the customer choice will be our priority.
- If the order is confirmed by us and the order doesn’t reach on time, then we provide refunds to the customer if demanded.
- A 100% refund will be given if the product is unavailable or the vendor is not able to ship the product.
- For courier products, if the delivery address is outside the service area, then a 100% refund will be given.
