RETURNS AND EXCHANGE


Dear Customers,
We are pleased to share our Shipping and Return Policy with you. At the same time,
we want to reassure you that we deeply value our customer relationships and your
satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to accommodating your requests to
the best of our ability. Our loyal and happy customer base stands as a testament to
this commitment!


Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and
agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

In all cases of Returns & Exchanges, please create a request on
https://kaftanize.com/apps/return_prime , if you are require any further assistance do
drop us an email at order@kaftanize.com or WhatsApp us at +91-7208797373,
mentioning your order number and the issue you’re facing with the delivered item. 

Kindly do so within 48 hours of receiving the product. Pls note the below points: 

  • The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any,
    intact.
  • We have implemented a Return Support Fee of Rs. 50/- per request to help us maintain competitive product pricing while ensuring quick and hassle-free returns.
  • We will make every effort to arrange a pickup of the product to be returned from your registered shipping address within India. In case we are unable to arrange for a reverse pickup due to service unavailability in your PIN code, we kindly request that you self- ship the product to the shipping address shared with you, using a courier partner of your choice. Once shipped, please email or WhatsApp us the courier receipt so we can take over the process.
  • In the case of a reverse pickup, we request your cooperation with the courier agent who will be instructed to collect the package from you. Please note that the courier parties are third party in nature and may call only a limited number times for Reverse Pick Up.
  • Kindly handover the package at one go to ensure
    non cancellation or delay of Reverse Pick Up.
  • It takes 7-10 working days for the product to reach us back at the
    warehouse. So your patience is requested for the same.
  • The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the
    Quality Checking team, we will provide you with Gift Card / Store Credits
    worth the product value that can be used for a future purchase from the
    website.
  • Please note that the Gift Card shall be issued only once we receive the
    package back at our warehouse. So your patience on the same is highly
    appreciated.
  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery.
  • Kaftanize does not offer a refund while we’ll process it through Gift Card
    / Store Credit.
  • We’ll add an amount equal to the product value to Kaftanize Gift Card.
    You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page
    of the website during your next purchase with us.
  • Gift Card / Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.(Please read below section for complete information on Valid Returns).Gift Card / Store Credit shall be valid for 6 Months.
  • Please read item descriptions carefully, the sizes of products, the handling and care section, the wash/cleaning instructions before carrying out your purchase. Please also know screens and monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate

  • Please note that a product can be exchanged only once.
  • Please also note that hand washing a product which is supposed to be
    dry cleaned may lead to running of color. In this event, we shall not be
    responsible for refund/exchange.

Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to
Friday. We are closed on weekends, on bank holidays and any other public
holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of
Maharastra.

  • The returns are subject to Kaftanize team’s discretion. This isn’t to scare
    you, as we are pretty accommodating!
  • If you have any other queries / concerns regarding returns, please reach

  • For any order delivered in India, shipping charges are not refundable.


ELIGIBILITY OF RETURNS:

  1. Kaftanize does not accept return or exchange on the products which are
    Customized, Made to Order or Made to Measure.
  2. Product can be returned if it is faulty or defective product.
  3. Product can be returned if it is a different product.
  4. If the product does not fit well (size issues ).
  5. We shall not take Items that have been worn, washed or soiled.
  6. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. (Ex. End of Season Sales, Flash Sales, Buy 2 Get 1, etc.) Please note: "Sale items" refer exclusively to products purchased during the sale period using designated sale coupon codes.
  7. A Complete Quality check will be done by us upon receiving the product before approving any exchange request.
  8. Please note product can be exchanged only once.
  • Conditions for returning products:
  1. The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc.
  2. Products must be in their original form and unsoiled.
  3. Brand packaging should be intact.
  4. Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
  5. Products that are eligible for a return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  6.  In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email / whatsapp us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Kaftanize.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Kindly note that orders received from overseas are not eligible for returns or
exchange.


CANCELLATION POLICY
www.kaftanize.com does not entertain any cancellations once the purchase
has been made. Please review your cart in detail before placing the order.
 
Shipping Policy:

  • We work with some of the best-known logistics companies to deliver
    your products to you in a seamless and hassle-free manner.
    Shipping is free across India for all Orders.
  • Our delivery timelines are normally between 4 to 7 working days.
    Please note that at times delivery times are subject to factors beyond our
    control – like travel delays from our shipping partners, strikes, weather
    trouble, etc. But we assure you that we will do our best in ensuring that your
    shipment reaches you at the earliest.
