At Kaftanize, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple, transparent and supportive return, exchange and refund process.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • You received an impaired, damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You have a size or fit issue.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, barcodes, and packaging are intact.
  • A request is placed within 7 days of delivery.
  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/incorrect item claim.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, customized/made-to-order pieces, and any item damaged due to customer use.

The return request must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Support Fees

Prepaid Orders — Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible for refunds.
  • Return support fee: ₹50 (deducted from refund amount).
  • Refund is initiated after the item clears quality check.
  • Refund method: original payment mode.
  • Timeline: 4–5 working days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges for Prepaid Orders

  • Allowed once per product.
  • Return support fee: ₹50.

COD Orders — Returns & Exchanges

  • COD orders are eligible only for Store Credits.
  • Store Credit validity: 6 months.
  • Return support fee: ₹50.

COD Exchanges

  • One-time exchange permitted.
  • Return support fee: ₹50.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Damaged items
  • Impaired/defective products
  • Incorrect items received

The video must clearly show:

  • Sealed package
  • Complete opening process
  • Product and issue
  • Tags & labels visible

Claims without proper unboxing video cannot be processed.

Pickup & Processing

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever possible.
  • If not available, customer must self-ship.
  • Return shipments may take 7–10 working days.
  • All returned items undergo a quality check.

Final Decision Clause

Kaftanize holds final authority to approve or decline any return, exchange, or refund based on compliance with our policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If received damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo or unboxing video within 48 hours.
