Shipping Policy

At Kaftanize, we are committed to delivering your orders in the best condition and in the shortest possible time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation on Email and WhatsApp.
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours from our warehouse.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email and WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, courier delays, or regional holidays.
  • Orders are dispatched and delivered on all days except Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Address & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure that your address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • If the courier reaches your address and no one is available to receive the package, we will contact you.
  • After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders, we will refund 50% of the total value of the items in such cases.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is FREE on all domestic Prepaid orders across India.
  • We reserve the right to modify our free shipping policy during promotions, festive periods, or sale events.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option across India. A nominal COD fee is applicable based on the order value.

COD Charges (Order Value-Based Slabs):

  • ₹0 – ₹999 → ₹19
  • ₹1,000 – ₹4,999 → ₹29
  • ₹5,000 – ₹9,999 → ₹49
  • ₹10,000 – ₹99,999 → ₹99

Additional Notes:

  • COD charges are non-refundable once the order is placed.
  • The applicable COD fee will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • COD may not be available for certain locations or products.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD for future purchases.

International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally. To place an order, email us at order@kaftanize.com.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹2000 will be charged per international order, regardless of the number of items.
