First, the customer care is very responsive. Full marks to that.
Second, if you talk about the product- (a) when I received it - it is 2 sizes smaller to me. I perfectly fit into the size that I ordered as per the measurement chart. But it has issues. So I contacted the customer care number for exchange. The girl responding has a very good response time and quite helpful. (B) when I wore the shirt, it has a prickling feeling on the sleeves. Can’t be sure if the cloth is not smooth or May be bec of the small size. And last, it doesn’t look muslin to me.
